Radiology Partners · United States · posted 4 weeks ago
Applications closed on 28 October 2026
Radiology Partners Palmetto is hiring a remote neuroradiologist to interpret studies for hospitals and imaging centers in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida. The practice is newly established and physician-led, built specifically for remote radiologists. It is open to board-certified or board-eligible neuroradiologists with a CAQ in neuroradiology, and fellows and residents are encouraged to apply.
What you will do
Read remote neuroradiology cases for hospitals and imaging centers across four states. The practice says its infrastructure is set up so radiologists focus on reading rather than administrative interruptions. A CORE team handles missing images, prior studies, workflow coordination, critical result communication, and physician-to-physician calls. There is dedicated 24/7 worklist support and 24/7 IT support.
Schedules
Shifts are shorter than typical teleradiology work, with 6-hour options available. Scheduling models listed include 7 on / 7 off, 7 on / 14 off, and 7 on / 21 off, plus customized schedules. Early overnight and traditional overnight coverage are both available. The role is full-time at 30 or more hours per week, and the practice also mentions reduced-FTE lifestyle positions.
Pay and incentives
The listing states a competitive guaranteed base compensation, uncapped productivity incentives, a commencement bonus, and additional retention and performance incentives. It also notes unlimited internal moonlighting opportunities and what it calls significant earning upside for high producers. W-2 and independent contractor arrangements are both available.
Benefits and support
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Paid malpractice insurance
- CME allowance
- Licensing and credentialing support
- Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina licenses obtained and maintained by the practice

What they are looking for
- ABR or AOBR board certified or board eligible
- CAQ in neuroradiology required, or completion of an ACGME-accredited neuroradiology fellowship with CAQ eligibility
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure
- Fellows and residents encouraged to apply
- H-1B visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
Technology
The practice uses a PACS platform with integrated AI tools and workflow tools meant to maximize reading efficiency.
Location
Fully remote. You can work from anywhere in the United States.
Partnership and growth
The listing describes a short path to partnership and long-term practice ownership opportunities. Palmetto is in a foundational growth phase, and the practice says new radiologists can help shape regional remote radiology coverage.
