Remote Tele-Mammography Imaging Radiologist - Bethesda Radiology Associates

Bethesda Radiology Associates, part of Radiology Partners, is hiring a fellowship-trained breast imager for a 100% remote tele-mammography role supporting Baptist Health South Florida. This is an independent contractor position for a radiologist who wants predictable daytime hours and a breast-focused workflow without procedural duties.

What you will do

You will interpret screening mammography, diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI studies remotely. The mix is balanced across those modalities. An onsite breast imager handles image-guided breast procedures, so this role has no procedural responsibilities.

Coverage is focused on a dedicated breast center environment within a single health system, Baptist Health South Florida. The position supports an outpatient breast imaging program anchored by Health City and Baptist Health outpatient imaging centers throughout Palm Beach County.

Schedule and hours

• Monday through Friday
• Consistent daytime hours: 8am-5pm EST
• No nights, no weekends, no call
• Flexible independent contractor model — work as many shifts as desired
• You can increase or decrease your schedule based on your own availability

Pay

Compensation is productivity-based at $35 per wRVU.

What they are looking for

• Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred
• MQSA required
• Florida license, or the ability to obtain one

Tools and support

Workflow runs on Sectra PACS, PS1, and Epic EMR through a unified Baptist Health technology platform. A diagnostic workstation is provided so you can read remotely while staying connected to the practice. Credentialing goes through a single health system process, with dedicated credentialing specialists to handle onboarding. The practice describes a collegial environment with direct access to leadership.

Location

The role is remote and open to candidates in the United States. The practice is based in Boynton Beach, Florida, and the work supports Palm Beach County imaging centers.
