Remote Overnight General Radiologist - Radiology Partners Florida

Radiology Partners is hiring a Remote Overnight General Radiologist to support its Florida practice. The role is full-time and fully remote, reading from anywhere in the U.S. It is open to diagnostic radiologists who are comfortable with a broad range of general imaging and who want to work overnight hours.

What you will do

You will interpret a wide range of general diagnostic imaging beyond your subspecialty. The case mix includes emergency department cases across all general modalities, trauma, and the entire stroke protocol. You will read remotely using an integrated workstation that includes Intelerad PACS, Clario Worklist, and PowerScribe dictation. The practice also uses AI tools such as Aidoc, RecoMD, and Best Practice Recommendation templates.

You will work overnight hours from 11pm to 7am or 12am to 8am EST. Schedules are flexible: 7 days on and 7 days off, or 7 days on and 14 days off. There is also an option for 7-hour shifts. You can pick up optional shifts during time off for supplemental income.

What they are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience
• Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• A Florida license or the ability to obtain one, plus a license in your home state
• Fellowship training in Body, MSK, or Neuro is welcomed but not required

The ideal candidate is comfortable reading beyond their subspecialty and values working in a collaborative environment.

Pay and benefits

The salary range is $485,000 to $1,000,000. Final pay may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. There is a $100,000 commencement bonus and retention bonuses. Employment can be W-2 or 1099, with pay per click or base plus productivity. The average workload is 9 to 11 work units per hour.

RP Florida serves 8 HCA hospitals and multiple freestanding emergency rooms across the Greater Tampa region and Florida’s Gulf Coast.
