Remote Musculoskeletal Radiologist - Radiology Partners Sol

Radiology Partners is hiring a full-time, fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist for RP Sol, its practice supporting Northwest Healthcare in Tucson, AZ. The position is 100% remote and comes with a one-year partnership track. Fellows and residents are welcome to apply.

What you will do

• Read a mix of MSK and diagnostic cases: roughly 60% MSK and 40% diagnostic.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Arizona time.
• Take some weekend call, which may be required.
• Use AI tools and 24/7 IT and administrative support provided by the practice.
• Grow in clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice over time.

What they are looking for

• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology.
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
• Licensed in Arizona, or able to become licensed there.
• Subspecialty interests in Neuro or Nuclear Medicine are preferred.
• Fellows and residents are welcome to apply.

Pay and benefits

The salary range is $500,000 to $550,000 per year. Final pay may vary based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

RP Sol provides subspecialty radiology coverage and support in partnership with Northwest Healthcare, an integrated healthcare network in Tucson, AZ. The system includes several facilities, among them 4 hospitals, 3 of which are designated primary stroke centers.

The largest hospital, Northwest Medical Center (NMC), is a full-service 287-bed hospital serving Tucson and surrounding communities. NMC has a women's imaging center with 3D mammography, outpatient imaging, three ambulatory surgery centers, and five urgent care facilities.
