Remote Diagnostic Radiologist - Radiology Partners East Florida

Radiology Partners is hiring a remote diagnostic radiologist for its East Florida practice, supporting JFK Hospital and the wider HCA Florida four-hospital system in Palm Beach County. The role is full-time, remote, and open to radiologists who are board eligible or certified and can obtain a Florida license. You would read from home on a fixed weekday schedule, with shared weekend call.

What you will do

• Read diagnostic radiology studies remotely for sites in South Florida.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm EST.
• Take part in equitably shared Q4 call, which includes some on-site responsibility on weekends.
• Use Mosaic as the clinical platform and workflow.

What they are looking for

• Residency training in diagnostic radiology from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program.
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
• A Florida license, or the ability to obtain one.
• MSQA is a plus but not required.

Pay and benefits

The salary range is $475,000 to $500,000. Final pay may vary based on factors such as education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and the base salary comes with an additional incentive structure.

There is a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year requirement, plus a retention bonus. Benefits include health and wellness coverage options, 401k, family planning, and telehealth, subject to eligibility requirements. The position includes 10 weeks of PTO.

JFK Hospital is a 516-bed acute-care medical and surgical facility that has served Palm Beach County for more than 50 years, with recent expansion to its medical/surgical, ICU, and ER departments. HCA Florida Healthcare runs a four-hospital system that includes HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital.

The area has more than 60 miles of beaches along Florida's east coast, sits just north of Palm Beach, and is a little over an hour from Miami. Florida has no state income tax and a lower cost of living than many markets.
