All Remote Overnight Teleradiologist – General Radiology (Neuroradiology Preferr

Matrix, the internal teleradiology practice within Radiology Partners, is hiring a remote overnight teleradiologist. The role focuses on general diagnostic radiology — CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and inpatient/ED imaging — with neuroradiology making up about 20% of the case mix. It is open to board eligible or board certified radiologists, and fellows and graduating residents are encouraged to apply.

What you will do

• Read a broad general radiology workload overnight, including CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and ED/inpatient imaging.
• Handle a neuroradiology case mix of roughly 20%, covering head CT and MR, stroke imaging, and spine studies.
• Work from dedicated overnight worklists supported by AI-enabled workflow tools.
• Rely on the CORE Operations Team for calls, logistics, and case coordination.
• Use the MosaicOS integrated technology platform.

Hours and scheduling

Shifts are listed in Central Standard Time:

• Early Overnight: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Overnight: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Flexible scheduling: 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off
• Independent Contractor option: about 40 hours per month, including about 18 weekend hours

This is a full-time role (30+ hours per week) and is 100% remote, overnight only.

What they are looking for

• MD or DO with Diagnostic Radiology residency training.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or AOBR).
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology preferred.
• Experience in General or Acute Care Radiology strongly preferred.
• Comfort interpreting high-volume CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and ED/inpatient imaging.
• Fellows and graduating residents are encouraged to apply.

• $475,000 – $900,000+ compensation potential.
