We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to support the design, deployment, and operation of customer experience platforms. In this role, you’ll work with a global operations team responsible for running a large-scale IVR system. You’ll assist with application deployments across AWS and on-premise environments, manage multiple environments, and help ensure platform stability and performance across regions (AMR, EMEIA, and JAPAC).

This position includes monitoring system health, responding to incidents, and providing timely support as needed. Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and operation of applications across AWS and on-premise infrastructure

  • Help manage and maintain a global IVR platform across multiple environments

  • Monitor performance, availability, and stability of systems across regions

  • Respond to incidents and operational issues in a timely manner

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Along with strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, you should have experience with:

  • AWS services such as S3, EC2, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch

  • Unix-based systems (Linux and macOS)

  • Basic MySQL commands and queries

  • Networking fundamentals (e.g., nslookup, ping, traceroute, netcat, tcpdump)

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Nice to Have (Preferred Experience)

  • Experience with Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server

  • Familiarity with Splunk querying

  • Exposure to Genesys Configuration Manager

  • Basic understanding of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
