UI/UX Engineer

PM Consulting is hiring a Senior UX/UI & Product Experience Designer to work with their client, a global leader in financial services, corporate governance, and asset administration. The designer will join a centralized Experience Design group and lead design work across complex enterprise digital transformation streams. This role is for someone with 3–5 years of senior design experience who can take large B2B features from research through production-ready UI.

What you will do

• Lead and direct UX activities for large, complex B2B features and enterprise modules, from conceptual ideation to detailed UI delivery.
• Build design artefacts including user flows, service blueprints, interactive wireframes, and production-ready high-fidelity UI specifications.
• Design, test, and iterate on complex user interactions, making sure they are technically feasible and intuitive for software engineering hand-off.
• Drive design consistency and cross-product coherence by advocating alignment with enterprise Design Principles and scalable Design Systems.
• Champion human-centered refinements, feature improvements, and design-led changes across multi-disciplinary product roadmaps.
• Partner with product managers, solution architects, and engineering leads to turn complex financial business logic into digital experiences.
• Guide and mentor associate designers, facilitate research practices, and run structured design reviews.

What they are looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio showing complex product UI/UX execution.
• Deep proficiency in end-to-end UX methodologies: contextual user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience using, extending, and governing enterprise-wide design systems.
• A proven ability to dissect complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into structured, user-centric product designs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of working in cross-functional stakeholder environments.
• A results-oriented mindset and a strong interest in the strategic impact of design practice within enterprise settings.

Nice to have

Prior experience designing enterprise financial systems, fintech platforms, or complex B2B operational applications is highly beneficial.
