Independent CDL Recruiter | Work From Home | Commission-Based Opportunity

Outlaw Trucking Group is looking for independent recruiters to place CDL drivers with trucking companies across the United States. This is a remote, independent contractor role, and your income comes from commission on the drivers you place. You decide how much you earn based on how many drivers you successfully place.

What you will do

• Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S.
• Find applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods.
• Speak with drivers to determine their qualifications and hiring needs.
• Match applicants with the best available opportunities.
• Stay in contact with drivers throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates.

What they are looking for

• A self-starter who enjoys working independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, with good time management.
• Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools.
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided.

• A telephone or smartphone.
• A dedicated workspace where you can work without distractions.

Pay and how the work is set up

You earn commission for every driver who is hired and dispatched. There is no limit on your earning potential. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position. Recruiters are responsible for sourcing their own applicants and for any advertising or marketing expenses they choose to incur, including websites such as Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook, or other recruiting platforms.
