We are a premium perfume and cosmetics brand, handcrafted in Switzerland, with a strong presence in the DACH region and rapidly expanding into international markets. As we prepare to go public, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and execution-focused graphic designer to help strengthen our brand across digital platforms.
About the Role
As a Remote Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual content for websites, marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital materials. You will collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and marketers to ensure a consistent and professional brand experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design and Branding
Develop engaging visual content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
Maintain consistent brand identity across all designs
Create digital assets including banners, product visuals, infographics, and advertisements

UI and UX Design
Design intuitive, visually appealing web and landing pages
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and updates
Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and follow modern web standards

Collaboration and Communication
Work with marketing teams to design promotional visuals for campaigns
Coordinate with developers to implement design elements accurately

Optimization and Performance
Optimize graphics for fast loading and web efficiency
Conduct A B testing on design elements to improve user engagement and conversions
Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices

Feedback and Revisions
Identify and fix design issues as needed
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs accordingly

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or ecommerce
Agency or multi-brand experience is a plus

Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar UI and UX tools
Understanding of design principles including typography, layout, and color theory
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

Work Environment and Expectations
Remote position with flexible hours starting at 8 AM CET
Deliverables-based accountability instead of fixed schedules
Collaboration through Slack, Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, and Figma
Monthly performance reviews focused on output quality and delivery .
