Content Strategy & Execution

• Convert weekly radio shows into SEO-optimized blog articles
• Coordinate YouTube video publishing and optimize titles/descriptions
• Develop FAQ-based content targeting common mortgage questions
• Maintain a consistent content calendar

Local SEO & Reputation Management

• Optimize and manage Google Business Profile
• Drive a consistent Google review acquisition strategy
• Respond to reviews with professional, keyword-rich responses

Digital Presence Integration

• Ensure alignment across website, YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media
• Link all content back to the primary website to build SEO authority
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track keyword rankings and website traffic
• Monitor conversion rates and lead sources
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations

Experience & Industry Knowledge

• 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in the real estate or mortgage industry
• Strong understanding of local SEO and Google ranking factors

Content & Marketing Skills

• Experience with content marketing and YouTube optimization
• Ability to write or coordinate clear, engaging, and informative content

Tools & Technical Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research platforms

Media & Content Production

• Experience editing radio, podcast, or social media videos
• Ability to create short-form content from long-form content
• Knowledge of tools and resources for video and content editing
