- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Experience integrating with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).
- Experience in the CTV space and knowledge of its unique constraints.
- Contribution to ad tech privacy industry groups, such as IAB Tech Lab.

About Netflix
Netflix launched a new ad-supported tier in November 2022 to offer members more choice in how they consume content. The tier lets the company attract new members at a lower price point and gives advertisers a path to reach engaged audiences. The Ads Identity and Audiences team works to maintain accurate member identities so ads are engaging and compliant with consumer privacy choices and regional regulations.
Netflix is an equal-opportunity employer and approaches diversity and inclusion seriously. The company does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service. If you need an accommodation or adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, you can send a request to your recruiting partner.
