We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our innovative team and play a vital role in developing and managing robust backend systems. In this position, you will take full ownership of complex projects, influence technical direction, and mentor fellow engineers while ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Your Impact 

As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you will: 

  • Architect and Develop complex backend solutions, ensuring alignment with technical standards and business goals. 
  • Drive Innovation by designing scalable, enterprise-grade systems that solve real-world problems. 
  • Lead Technical Direction by mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and refining technical processes. 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with product managers to prioritize features, manage technical debt, and enhance engineering workflows. 
  • Champion DevOps Culture by fostering best practices in automated deployments and infrastructure improvements. 
  • Optimize Performance through continuous improvements and proactive problem-solving.  


What We’re Looking For 

  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong background in backend systems. 
  • Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript or similar functional programming languages. 
  • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, particularly AWS services like Lambda, Fargate, S3, and API Gateway. 
  • Strong DevOps Knowledge with CI/CD pipeline management. 
  • Leadership Skills in mentoring, project management, and technical guidance. 
  • Exceptional Communication abilities for collaborating across teams and presenting technical concepts. 

Bonus Skills: 

  • Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform. 
  • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD platforms and best practices.
