Account Manager, Personal Lines Client Care

Mitchell & Whale Insurance Brokers is hiring an Account Manager for its Personal Lines Client Care team. The role is for someone with at least two years of insurance brokerage experience who likes building client relationships, solving problems, and handling a mix of service requests. You can work from anywhere in Canada.

What you will do

You will support existing clients with guidance and expertise aimed at strengthening retention. Every client interaction is a chance to better meet their needs, which includes up-selling, but in a "how else can I help you today?" way rather than a pushy one.

You will work with clients through multiple channels to answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes, and complete other service requests. You will be their go-to insurance expert, providing professional advice so they have the protection they need.

Qualifications

You have worked as an Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage for two or more years and have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products. You also have your RIBO licence.

Pay

CAD 54,000 – 64,000 per year, plus commission.
