Your Role as a Marketing Cloud Specialist 

As a Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will: 

  • Design scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform. 
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive online advocacy, social media, and fundraising strategies. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful digital solutions. 
  • Train team members on Salesforce best practices and assist in CRM system migrations. 
  • Support digital user journeys that promote social, environmental, and political change. 
You’ll also play a critical role in tracking project statuses, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth implementation, all while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to creating an inclusive workspace. 

What You Bring to the Table 


Required Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce, specifically Marketing Cloud. 
  • Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS, SQL, and Salesforce data models. 
  • CRM adoption or migration project experience. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Experience with Excel or other data-processing tools. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., System Architect or Application Architect). 
  • Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising or digital advocacy. 
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA and email production workflows.
