Solutions Consultant

MinuteBox is hiring a Solutions Consultant to work with its Revenue team, showing the company's legal technology platform to prospective clients. The role is remote-first and open to candidates in Canada and the United States. You would report to the VP, Revenue and work closely with Product and Customer Success teams.

MinuteBox makes a cloud-based platform used by law firms, large companies and accounting firms for entity management, corporate governance, minute book storage and workflow automation. Its products are used by some of Canada's largest legal departments and global professional services organizations.

What you will do

• Give tailored demonstrations of the full MinuteBox product suite to prospective clients, leading with value
• Keep up to date on product developments and build value-based talk tracks for them
• Help scope and plan trials and pilots, working as a co-pilot to the Account Executive running the opportunity
• Work with key prospects alongside the Account Executive, lead workstreams and get answers that move relationships forward
• Work with internal teams to answer prospect questions and recommend fixes and best practices
• Pass product requests from prospective clients to internal teams, along with the value and likely impact of those requests
• Support reporting of KPIs across the organization and help develop measurements for the customer journey from pre-sales to post-sales

What they are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role at another technology company, or consultant-related experience in a law firm environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both on a team and independently
• Analytics focused and results-driven
• Solid presentation skills, with a passion for and experience working with B2B SaaS products
• Ability to adjust communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate and prioritize group needs over individual needs
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects while following procedures
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, able to juggle demands and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-growing, rapidly changing organization with a self-governing, roll-up-your-sleeves culture
• Able to lead working sessions and deliver presentations with client stakeholders
• Knowledge of legal entity management and common corporate law concepts is a nice to have
