Remote Product Manager, Global Workforce Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects focused on online products and platforms, ensuring they align with our workforce goals.
• Innovation Leadership: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of tools designed to enhance productivity across Meta’s reviewer workforce.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across design, legal, and other departments to define product vision, set requirements, and coordinate resources effectively.
• User-Centric Design: Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and engineer productivity.
• Metrics Analysis: Define, build, and analyze metrics that inform product success, identifying key performance indicators to track growth and effectiveness.
• Problem Solving: Tackle diverse challenges, utilizing data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with three years of relevant experience. Additional work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience: Proven experience managing the delivery of software products and designing intuitive user interfaces.
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of technical architecture for scalable web applications, particularly in a global workforce management context.
• Data Proficiency: Experience with analyzing large-scale data sets and delivering technical presentations.
