Talent Pool

Lunit keeps a talent pool for people who want to work on conquering cancer through AI. If no current opening fits you, you can submit your resume to the pool instead of applying to a specific vacancy. The company says it reviews the pool when new jobs are posted and contacts people directly when a vacancy matches their skills and experience.

What the talent pool is for

This is not an application for a specific job. There is no screening decision made when you submit. Documents sent to the pool are not reviewed for acceptance or rejection. Instead, Lunit looks through the pool when it posts new openings and reaches out to individuals whose backgrounds fit.

Joining means you are among the first people considered when new opportunities arise, according to the listing. Lunit will contact you directly if a vacancy opens that matches your skills and experience.

Before you submit

The listing asks you to read its guidelines carefully before sending your resume. Three points are stated:

• Documents submitted to the talent pool will not undergo a review for acceptance or rejection. When new job postings go up, Lunit reviews the pool and contacts individuals directly.
• If you are interested in more than one position, list your preferred type of position in order of priority when you submit. The example given is: 1. Backend Developer, 2. Data Engineer.
• Lunit does not accept resumes from search firms that have not been solicited and will not pay fees for any unsolicited resumes.

Who it is for

The pool is open to individuals ready to join Lunit in its work on cancer through AI. The listing does not name specific roles, teams, seniority levels, or technical requirements. It also does not state a salary, benefits, hours, or contract type. If you want to be considered for particular kinds of work, the priority list you submit is how you indicate that.

The listing is marked Worldwide. No other location rules, time zones, or work arrangements are stated in the source text.
