ITQ is hiring a Sales Manager for its Business Unit in Germany. The role is focused on new business for ITQ's cloud, infrastructure and managed services portfolio, and it suits someone who has spent three to six years selling IT, cloud or infrastructure solutions and wants to build pipeline rather than maintain an existing market.
What you will do
- Actively acquire new customers and build a pipeline
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead to close, working closely with pre-sales
- Develop and implement account and territory strategies
- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams across the three service models: Managed Services, T&M and License
- Handle forecasting, reporting and management based on clear pipeline KPIs
- Build customer relationships at the decision-maker level
You will not sell isolated products. Together with Strategic Customer Advisory and Delivery, you shape solutions that are technically sound, commercially convincing and relevant to the customer.
What they are looking for
- Three to six years of successful sales experience in IT, cloud or infrastructure
- A proven hunter track record in building new business and closing complex B2B solution deals
- Experience in a partner, systems integrator, consulting or vendor environment is an advantage
- A solid basic understanding of virtualization, cloud infrastructure and License, Time & Material and Managed Services sales models
- Confident communication and negotiation at C-level, with the ability to listen carefully and translate customer needs into value propositions
- A proactive, structured and reliable way of working, with focus and energy through longer sales cycles
- Experience with CRM-based pipeline management, ideally Zoho or a comparable system
- Fluency in German and confident communication in English
- You live in Germany and are willing to travel across the DACH region
Working at ITQ
- An attractive fixed salary plus performance-based variable compensation with transparent targets
- An onboarding program and a buddy who supports you from day one
- Flexible working hours and remote work within Germany; Düsseldorf or Munich are particularly suitable regional homebases
- A company car or mobility budget, laptop, smartphone and a budget for your home office
- Employer-supported pension
- An annual budget for training and development, plus access to vendor and partner events
- Short decision paths, direct access to sales leadership and freedom to shape a growing team
- A broad vendor and service portfolio without being tied to a single technology provider
