Position Overview 

Hospitable is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, feature launches, and go-to-market strategies. 

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product development, marketing, and strategic growth. You will collaborate closely with product managers, growth teams, and leadership to ensure every feature is effectively positioned and delivers real business value.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Work with Product Managers from the early stages of product development to influence feature design and go-to-market strategy.

  • Conduct competitive research and customer interviews to identify market opportunities.

  • Help determine pricing strategies and product packaging to support both recurring and transactional revenue.

  • Define clear product positioning and messaging before new features are released.

  • Lead storytelling and product launch campaigns across channels such as blog posts, social media, press releases, podcasts, and company town halls.

  • Collaborate with the Growth team to optimize the entire user journey from website → free trial → onboarding → adoption → retention.

  • Analyze adoption metrics and user behavior to refine product messaging and marketing strategies.

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to support roadmap decisions and strengthen product differentiation.

Requirements
 

  • Strong experience in Product Marketing, preferably within a fast-growing, product-led company.

  • Proven ability to work closely with Product Managers to shape product strategy, positioning, and pricing.

  • Experience driving product adoption and improving lifecycle engagement after launch.

  • Ability to collaborate with Growth teams to identify opportunities that improve key business metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns.

Bonus Experience
 

  • Experience working in the short-term rental industry.

  • Experience as a short-term rental host or existing Hospitable customer.
