Overview 

We are looking for a results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and expand our affiliate channel using CJ (Commission Junction). This role is focused on driving revenue, building strong publisher partnerships, and optimizing overall program performance. 

This is not just a management role—you will actively scale and grow the affiliate program.
 Open to candidates outside the United States.  

Key Responsibilities 

Affiliate Program Management & Growth 

  • Oversee daily operations of the CJ affiliate program

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and scalability

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs (Revenue, ROAS, CPA)

Publisher Acquisition & Relationship Building
 

  • Identify and recruit publishers across content, loyalty, commerce, and influencer channels

  • Build strong relationships with top-performing affiliates

  • Negotiate commissions, placements, and exclusive deals

Campaign & Offer Execution
 

  • Plan and manage promotional calendars (seasonal campaigns, product launches)

  • Create attractive offers, bonuses, and incentives for partners

  • Collaborate with internal teams on messaging and product focus

Performance Optimization
 

  • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify growth opportunities

  • Optimize commission structures, partner mix, and placements

  • Monitor attribution, incrementality, and partner quality

CJ Platform Management
 

  • Manage CJ dashboard (tracking links, approvals, creatives, reporting)

  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and compliance

  • Resolve technical and tracking issues when needed

Cross-Team Collaboration
 

  • Work closely with paid media, influencer, and content teams

  • Coordinate with creative teams for high-performing assets

  • Align with finance on budgets, payouts, and forecasting

Requirements
 

  • 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience (CJ platform required)

  • Proven success in driving affiliate revenue growth

  • Strong network of affiliate publishers

  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Experience in negotiation and partnership management

  • Self-starter with the ability to build and scale programs

Preferred Skills
 

  • Experience with DTC brands (CPG, beauty, apparel)

  • Familiarity with platforms like Impact, Rakuten, or ShareASale

  • Knowledge of influencer-driven affiliate strategies

  • Experience with promotional planning and retail calendars

  • Consistent month-over-month revenue growth

  • Expansion of high-quality affiliate partnerships

  • Efficient CPA and strong ROAS performance

  • A proactive, well-optimized affiliate program
