The Opportunity
We’re looking for a performance-focused Meta Media Buyer to take full ownership of our Meta advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in scaling a mission-driven DTC brand that serves the special needs community through digital products and physical sensory items. The right candidate will have experience managing large Meta budgets and navigating the unique challenges of running ads in the Health and Wellness category. Google Ads experience is a plus.

With a new sub-brand launching in 2026, this role offers long-term growth potential and the chance to shape performance strategy across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize Meta ad campaigns for prospecting and retargeting

  • Develop and iterate on ad creative in collaboration with our pediatric therapists and design team

  • Repackage winning creatives for use across TikTok and YouTube Shorts

  • Manage reporting in Triple Whale, tracking ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution profit

  • Ensure compliance with Meta advertising policies, particularly within the Health and Wellness vertical

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 or more years of experience running Meta ads with monthly budgets of at least USD 50,000

  • A deep understanding of Meta’s evolving attribution landscape, policy enforcement, and creative best practices

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer or information product brands in the U.S. market

  • A self-starter who stays ahead of trends through industry podcasts, Twitter, or private marketing groups

  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve ad operations and creative development workflows
