We are on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager who has an exceptional understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Your expertise in digital marketing will be crucial in driving the success of our influencers and making their accounts go viral.

Why We Need You

Our agency has seen significant growth recently, and while we've managed operations with a small team and a few freelancers, the demand has increased beyond our current capacity. As a result, we need a dedicated individual to focus on managing our influencers effectively to ensure that the quality of our work remains high.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for managing 3 to 5 influencers on TikTok. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  1. Trend Analysis: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends on TikTok and Instagram to leverage for our influencers.
  2. Tailored Content: Identifying which trends suit each influencer best to enhance their personal brand and engagement.
  3. Brand Management: Ensuring that the personal branding of each influencer is polished and aligns with their audience's expectations.
  4. Funnel Optimization: Overseeing the process that connects TikTok to Instagram, making sure it works seamlessly for our influencers.
While this may sound straightforward, navigating today’s competitive social media landscape requires a high level of skill and creativity. We will provide support and maintain close communication to guide you through the process.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary, along with a performance-based commission structure to reward your contributions.
