Your Key Responsibilities

This role offers diverse opportunities to make a significant impact, including:

  • Researching new features to improve prediction accuracy and enhance business outcomes.
  • Optimizing the Rate Engine through algorithm refinement, feature experimentation, and data filtering.
  • Maintaining and monitoring deployed models to ensure high efficiency and precision.
  • Automating machine learning pipelines to streamline workflows.
  • Integrating models into company processes through complex Python-based business logic.
  • Scaling model performance to meet high demands, focusing on memory and RPS optimization.
With an emphasis on tabular data, you’ll also contribute to refining predictive models, ensuring they align with client needs.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git, along with knowledge of neural networks, time series, and gradient boosting.
  • Mathematical Strength: Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability, and optimization techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced proficiency in both Russian and English is required to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in data science or machine learning roles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of unit testing, AWS S3, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Participation in competitions like Kaggle or contributions to research papers.
  • Experience in logistics and hyperparameter tuning.
