Genpact is hiring a DXP Solution Architect to design end-to-end customer experience solutions across platforms including Adobe, Sitecore, and Optimizely. The role sits in Genpact's Experience unit, formerly Rightpoint, and works across creative, business, and technical teams to turn client needs into scalable architecture. This is a United States position.
What you will do
- Design architecture for websites, portals, and digital products that may span content management, e-commerce, personalization, and analytics platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend a DXP technology stack (Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore XM/XP, Optimizely, and others) based on client requirements, with integration points defined for CRM, ERP, and third-party services.
- Develop architectural blueprints, solution diagrams, and technical roadmaps that map platform capabilities to client KPIs, such as AEM Sites/Assets, Optimizely personalization, or Sitecore Content Hub.
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and delivery: support proposal writing with technical approach, estimate implementation effort, identify assumptions and risks, and guide engineering teams so the build meets the design.
- Build performance, security, and scalability into designs, including CDN configuration, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance requirements for customer data.
- Keep up with multi-DXP trends and updates, such as Adobe's latest features, Sitecore SaaS offerings, and Optimizely experimentation, to refine Genpact Experience's DXP practices and accelerators.
AI work
- Incorporate AI and intelligent services into architectures, such as personalization AI (Adobe Target or Optimizely AI), AI-powered search (Coveo or Azure Cognitive Search), and chatbot or agent integration for customer self-service.
- Apply agentic AI concepts in a DXP context, using tools like Adobe Sensei/Firefly or Sitecore AI for content tagging, image generation, or A/B testing optimization.
- Collaborate with the Agentic Transformation Lead to embed AI capabilities such as generative content creation and predictive analytics into the solution, keeping AI components aligned with architecture and data flows.
- Use AI tools day to day for efficiency, for example GitHub Copilot or other AI coding assistants for rapid prototyping, or architectural diagram generators for documentation.
Who you will work with
- Marketing and Communications Solution Leads, to understand client vision such as a CMO's personalization goals or a Head of Comms' brand consistency needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Digital Workplace Architects, when solutions connect external and internal platforms, such as a public website with an intranet or employee portal.
- Project Managers and Developers during delivery, acting as technical mentor to engineering teams, including offshore developers.
- Vendor partners' solution architects at Adobe, Sitecore, and Optimizely, for design reviews and vendor best practices.
- Security and DevOps teams, to align on security reviews, performance testing, and release management.
What they are looking for
- 10+ years in technical architecture roles for digital platforms, including hands-on work with enterprise CMS and DXP solutions (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Optimizely) in complex, multi-site implementations.
- A track record designing integrated solutions across multiple technologies, such as connecting content management with e-commerce engines, personalization services, and analytics tools.
- Deep knowledge of web application architecture: SPA versus multi-page, microservices, headless CMS, CDN, and authentication/authorization. Strong grasp of integration patterns (REST/GraphQL APIs, middleware, ESB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and modern deployment models such as containers, serverless, and PaaS offerings for DXP.
- Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, write clear documentation, and present architecture proposals to client executives.
Certifications they would like to see
- Adobe Certified Master or Expert (AEM Architect or Developer); Adobe certification in Target or Analytics is a plus.
- Sitecore Certified Architect or Sitecore MVP recognition.
- Optimizely Content Cloud or Commerce Cloud certification, plus knowledge of Optimizely's experimentation platform.
- TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Architect, or AWS Solutions Architect.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and headless CMS approaches.
How success is measured
- Solution win rate in deals supported, meaning the share of proposals with this architect's designs that convert to project wins.
- Quality of architecture in delivery, measured by post-implementation performance benchmarks, scalability under expected load, and low architecture-related issues or rework.
- Client satisfaction and business outcomes tied to the architecture, such as improved site performance or faster content deployment.
- Reusability of designs and accelerators, counted by how often architecture templates or components are reused across projects.
- Continuous learning, such as maintaining certifications, attending partner training, and contributing to thought leadership on multi-platform solutions.
Benefits
- Flexible PTO.
- Hybrid work environment: casual and open office, or remote.
- Insurance coverage with multiple options and flexible spending accounts.
- 401K with company matching.
- Monthly work from home stipend.
