About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager based in Colombia (preferably in Medellín or Bogotá) to join our distributed team. This is a full-time remote role where you’ll work closely with U.S.-based clients and lead creative projects from concept through to production.

You’ll play a key role in turning schools’ branding dreams into real, eye-catching graphics—coordinating with our Colombian design team to deliver impactful murals, wall wraps, and print materials that elevate school environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and onboarding calls with new school clients

  • Translate creative ideas and school culture into clear, actionable design briefs

  • Act as the liaison between clients and the graphic design team

  • Keep projects on track using Trello and internal tools

  • Collect, organize, and deliver client feedback on visual concepts

  • Ensure files are delivered print-ready and meet production standards

  • Collaborate through Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

  • Oversee 10–12 ongoing client projects at any given time, particularly during seasonal peaks

What We’re Looking For

  • Native English speaker with strong writing and verbal communication

  • Based in Colombia (remote work welcome, but preference for Medellín or Bogotá)

  • 1–4 years of experience in creative project management, account coordination, or agency work

  • Solid understanding of visual design workflows (no design work required, but familiarity with file types and scaling is important)

  • Comfortable managing fast-paced timelines and multiple deliverables

  • Experience using Trello and Google Workspace

  • Spanish is a plus, especially for working with our local design team

Compensation
