The firm is looking for a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to partner with them on client projects, designing and optimising analytics ecosystems, defining KPIs, auditing tracking implementations, and turning data into recommendations that improve business performance, digital products, and user experience.
The role is for someone who can go beyond reporting and help clients understand what the data means, spot opportunities, and make informed decisions. You would work directly with organisations and internal teams, and the cooperation is set up for independent contractors on a B2B basis.
What you will do
- Analyse data from websites, apps, digital products, and campaigns.
- Work with clients and internal teams to define business goals, KPIs, and analytics needs.

- Configure, audit, and optimise GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and other digital analytics tools.
- Work with data in BigQuery, including writing SQL queries and analysing data from different sources.
- Identify issues related to data quality, tracking, reporting, and analytics governance.
- Support topics related to Consent Mode, user consent management, and privacy by design.
- Analyse user journeys, conversion funnels, retention, and marketing performance.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Strategy, UX Research, Product Design, Development, Data, and Client Service teams.
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, speed up analysis, improve documentation, support SQL work, and prepare recommendations faster.
What they are looking for
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, including configuration, events, conversions, audiences, reporting, and data interpretation.
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, variables, data layer, and event tracking.
- Practical knowledge of BigQuery and SQL.
- Experience in an agency, consulting, or project-based environment.
- Experience designing measurement plans and defining KPIs.
- Ability to identify gaps in tracking, data quality, and analytics configuration.
- Ability to turn data into clear business, product, and UX recommendations.
- Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead meetings, workshops, or analytics consultations.
- Experience with dashboards and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of data quality, user consent, Consent Mode, and privacy topics in digital analytics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Independence, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good command of written and spoken Polish and English, at least B2+/C1.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of server-side tagging.
- Experience with tools such as Piwik PRO, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or CDPs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience in CRO, A/B testing, personalisation, or conversion funnel optimisation.
- Ability to combine quantitative data with qualitative insights, such as UX research, usability testing, heatmaps, or session recordings.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud, BigQuery, or other analytics platforms.
- Practical use of AI to improve efficiency in analytical or consulting work.
Cooperation terms
- B2B cooperation for independent contractors.
- Remote cooperation.
- Work in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.
- Access to selected project tools, systems, and environments where required for project delivery, security, or client compliance.
- For long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on preferential group terms, subject to provider availability and applicable conditions.
- Possibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology, and delivery areas.
- Space to grow in digital analytics, data strategy, product analytics, BI, AI-assisted analytics, or consulting.
The cooperation is based on agreed project outcomes, delivery quality, and clear communication.
About Flying Bisons
The company works at scales where real impact happens: enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions of people. Projects include national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med).
Flying Bisons describes its approach as going beyond design craft. In its manifestos, Strategic Design - Manifest and Strategic Design - The Future of Design, the company writes that design craft is only 10% of success, and the other 90% is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality. That is the discipline of Strategic Design the company is building.
