Flux Academy is one of the most recognized online education brands in the web design industry. With over 1 million YouTube subscribers and more than 12,000 paying students worldwide, the company helps aspiring designers build successful careers. The brand also maintains hundreds of positive reviews on Trustpilot and operates primarily through organic YouTube-driven traffic. 

The company runs structured funnels and quarterly campaigns using email marketing and paid advertising to convert organic traffic into enrolled students. 

Currently, marketing and growth initiatives are led directly by founder Ran Segall. After a period of slowed growth due to limited innovation and offer development, the company is now seeking a Growth Lead to reignite momentum and scale revenue. 

This position is ideal for a full-stack marketer ready to take complete ownership of revenue growth. You will oversee all marketing and conversion channels, develop strategic initiatives, and execute high-quality campaigns. 

You will work closely with the founder while collaborating with the creative director, community manager, and business development representatives. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct responsibility for revenue performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own company revenue KPIs and ensure growth targets are achieved

  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals

  • Write high-converting direct response copy for email sequences and sales pages

  • Design and optimize evergreen funnels and product launch campaigns

  • Build and manage marketing automations using Ontraport and Make.com

  • Track and report weekly performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and sales

  • Manage and optimize the company website for lead generation and conversions

  • Publish landing pages and lead magnets

  • Integrate AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and innovation

  • Lead campaign execution from planning to QA and launch

  • Proven experience growing an online education brand (or similar digital business)

  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles

  • Strategic thinker who can execute at a high level

  • Self-motivated and highly accountable

  • Comfortable experimenting and innovating beyond traditional marketing formulas

  • Optimistic and growth-oriented mindset

  • Interested in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
