Client Advisor

Faye is hiring a Client Advisor to manage client relationships and grow business from an existing book of accounts. The role sits between clients and internal teams, so the person in it needs to be comfortable handling questions, resolving problems, and working with sales, customer service, and product development at the same time. It is open to candidates in Australia, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Learn each client's business needs and objectives so you can offer solutions that fit.
• Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and make sure solutions are delivered on time and in line with what the customer needs.
• Find and develop new business opportunities among existing clients.
• Work with the sales team to generate sales across a portfolio of accounts and help reach company sales targets.
• Act as the link between customers and internal teams, including Customer Service and Product Development, to improve the customer experience.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues or conflicts quickly to keep customer satisfaction high.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the software solutions industry.
• A strong understanding of CRM and CX software solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
