Senior Front End Developer - Remote

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance our responsive web platform using React and modern tools
  
  
• Own the full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to testing and performance monitoring
  
  
• Architect scalable solutions that are secure, performant, and easy to maintain
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements
  
  
• Mentor junior developers and uphold high standards in coding and documentation
  
  
• Work on exciting projects such as:
  
  
  • Real-time content updates and offline access
    
    
  • Engagement tools (chats, 1:1 video meetings, breakout rooms)
    
    
  • React-based page builders and dynamic APIs
    
    

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in software development with fast-growing products
  
  
• 3+ years working with React (JS/TypeScript)
  
  
• Strong grasp of API integrations and state management (Redux, React-Query)
  
  
• Proficiency with ES2020+, HTML/CSS, and UI libraries like Material UI
  
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and large codebases
  
  
• Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, design patterns)
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, React Query, or dynamic form/page builders
  
  
• Familiarity with mobile development (Capacitor, Cordova, React Native)
  
  
• Exposure to Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
