Editor / Content Producer

Delphi Media is hiring an Editor / Content Producer to work on its podcasts and video shows, including Convergence, The Hivemind, and The Delphi Podcast. The role is based in the United States and centers on turning podcast recordings into finished longform episodes and short clips for social platforms.

This is for someone with strong editorial instincts for conversation-driven content, who can move quickly and work from feedback. You would join the Delphi Media team and help shape raw footage into finished pieces while pulling out the moments most likely to travel on social.

What you will do

• Cut shortform clips for X, IG, TikTok, and Shorts that highlight the strongest, most shareable moments
• Edit full podcast episodes into clean, structured, high-quality longform content
• Craft hooks, pacing, and narrative flow to hold viewer attention
• Create shortform clips about current events in tech from various external shows
• Pull standout insights, quotes, and reactions from recordings
• Add light graphics, captions, music, and sound design where appropriate
• Collaborate on creative direction, notes, and fast-turnaround edits

Tools and experience

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, or other editing and creative software
• Experience with podcasts, interviews, or creator-led content preferred
• A general understanding of Figma for creating and editing templated UIs and/or storyboarding
