This is a remote full-time or part-time opportunity where you can choose the projects you want to work on and set your own schedule. Tasks are paid hourly starting at $15–$20, with additional bonuses available for high-quality and high-volume work. Projects may involve writing conversations, testing chatbot responses, or evaluating AI-generated content.

We are seeking writers and detail-oriented individuals to help train and improve AI chatbots. In this role, you will interact with AI systems, create example conversations, and evaluate how well the chatbot responds. Your work will help improve the accuracy, usefulness, and quality of AI responses.

No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create diverse and realistic conversation scenarios for AI chatbots

  • Write clear, high-quality responses to train AI systems

  • Compare responses from different AI models and evaluate their performance

  • Research and verify information to ensure accuracy in AI-generated responses

Requirements

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent writing and grammar skills

  • Good research and fact-checking abilities

  • Available to work at least 10 hours per week

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently in progress)
