About You
You love building software and care deeply about writing clean, readable, and maintainable code. You’re motivated by the impact your work has on real users and enjoy learning, sharing knowledge, and improving your craft.
You’re comfortable working independently in complex problem spaces without overly detailed specifications. You value thoughtful code reviews and actively seek feedback to improve your work. At the same time, you enjoy contributing to others’ work and supporting teammates.
You take security seriously and write tests because you believe in building reliable, high-quality systems—not just to meet metrics, but to ensure long-term stability.
You’re confident working across the full spectrum of front-end development in React, including:
- Consuming JSON APIs (internal and third-party)
- Managing client-side caching and invalidation
- Handling routing and data loaders
- Building and maintaining complex forms
- Creating scalable, high-performance UI components
- Writing and maintaining custom hooks
- Using native browser APIs (localStorage, events, WebSockets, etc.)
We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and identities. Diversity of perspective helps us build better products, and we are committed to continuously improving inclusivity within our team.

After clicking “Apply Now,” you’ll be asked to complete a short application form. The “short friendly summary” section is especially important—this is where you can introduce yourself and help us understand why you’d be a great fit. We receive a high volume of applications, so thoughtful responses matter. There’s no need for formality—just be genuine.
You’ll also be asked to complete a small pseudocode task and answer a question that requires exploring our website. Both must be answered correctly for your application to be considered.
Applications close: 2 March 2026
Please note: We’re hiring for two separate developer roles. Do not apply for both positions. Doing so will result in disqualification from both processes.
What Happens After You Apply
We review all applications and aim to respond to everyone within one week of the application deadline.
If selected for the next stage, you’ll have a short introductory call with our founder, Joel. Successful candidates will then complete a paid technical task, followed by conversations with members of the team. Final decisions are made quickly, and start dates are flexible.
Due to the number of applicants, we’re unable to provide feedback to those who do not progress past the initial stage. For candidates who move forward, we’ll share feedback whenever possible.
