Remote Dispatcher

Big League Movers is hiring a Remote Dispatcher based in the Philippines. You will coordinate daily moving operations, dispatch drivers and equipment, track jobs as they happen, and keep leadership, field teams, and customers in sync. This is a full-time role for someone organized who can solve problems in real time and wants to stay with the company long term.

What you will do

• Manage daily schedules and job assignments so resources are allocated efficiently.
• Work with leadership and operations teams to adjust schedules when priorities or resource availability change.
• Monitor task completion in real time and address delays or problems as they come up.
• Optimize mover and fleet use to reduce downtime and inefficiencies.
• Track driver behavior, idle times, route deviations, and log compliance, and escalate violations when needed.
• Prepare weekly fleet performance reports that identify trends and give actionable insights.
• Ensure DOT compliance and company policies are followed for driver logs, vehicle inspections, and fleet use.
• Handle mid-move inquiries, schedule updates, and customer issues to reach timely resolutions.
• Track recurring client concerns and give feedback to leadership.
• Communicate last-minute schedule changes to clients.
• Make sure move close-outs are submitted accurately within 20 minutes of job completion.
• Address substandard service outcomes immediately and escalate unresolved issues to leadership.
• Document patterns in close-out issues and provide insights for operational improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for field teams and resolve on-the-ground challenges.
• Respond to high-priority escalations with timely intervention and detailed documentation.
• Manage last-minute route changes to avoid delays.
• Arrange cost-effective hotel accommodations for drivers when necessary, including emergency bookings.
• Maintain detailed dispatch logs tracking escalations, task progress, and resolutions.
• Provide daily summary reports with key operational insights, wins, and challenges.
• Use SmartMoving, DispatchTrack, Google Suite, Dialpad, Slack, and other dispatch tools to manage schedules and track progress.
• Monitor real-time driver performance with GPS tracking systems and escalate inefficiencies.

What they are looking for

• Proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or fleet management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to track multiple moving parts and minimize disruptions.
• Proficiency with dispatching software; experience with SmartMoving, DispatchTrack, GPS tracking, or similar tools is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with drivers, operations teams, and customers.
• A self-driven, proactive mindset. You are expected to add value without waiting for instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 18 years old and above.
• Willing to work from home with a stable internet connection.
• Must have your own equipment: a reliable laptop or PC and a noise-cancelling headset.
• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Prior experience managing remote tasks or supporting a business owner is a plus.
• Resourceful and solution-oriented, able to identify gaps and solve problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth-minded and self-motivated.

Pay and what you can expect
